Ticket help
Do I need an account to buy a ticket?+
No. Tickets purchased through the Nile Live website use guest checkout. You only need to provide your name, phone number, and optionally your email address.
How do I receive my ticket?+
After JeezPay confirms your payment, Nile Live opens a private ticket page containing your QR ticket. If you purchased more than one ticket, each ticket will have its own QR code.
How do I pay?+
Nile Live website payments are processed through JeezPay. Choose your ticket, enter your details, continue to JeezPay, and complete the payment there.
My payment succeeded but I do not see my ticket. What should I do?+
Do not pay again immediately. Keep your JeezPay payment reference and return to the Nile Live payment page. Payment confirmation can sometimes take a short time to reach Nile Live.
Can I use a screenshot of my QR ticket?+
Yes, as long as the QR code is clearly visible and has not already been scanned. Keep your ticket private because each QR code is unique.
Can the same ticket be scanned twice?+
No. Once an organizer or Nile Live administrator successfully checks in a ticket, the same ticket cannot be used for another entry.
Who scans my ticket?+
The event organizer or an authorized Nile Live administrator scans your QR code at the event entrance using the Nile Live app.
Can I buy more than one ticket?+
Yes, when the selected ticket category allows it and enough tickets are still available. Nile Live generates a separate QR code for every ticket purchased.
Having a payment problem?
If JeezPay shows that your payment succeeded but your ticket has not appeared yet, avoid making a second payment. Keep your payment reference so the transaction can be traced.
