Ticket help
Do I need an account to buy a ticket?+
No. Nile Live uses guest checkout. You only need to provide your full name, phone number, and a valid email address.
Why is my email address required?+
Your email address is required because Nile Live sends your official QR ticket as a PDF after JeezPay confirms your payment.
How do I receive my ticket?+
After JeezPay confirms your payment, Nile Live issues your QR ticket and sends a PDF copy to the email address you entered during checkout. Your private ticket page may also open automatically after payment.
How do I pay?+
Choose your event and ticket type, enter your details, then continue securely to JeezPay. Nile Live automatically checks for payment confirmation.
My JeezPay payment succeeded but my ticket has not appeared. What should I do?+
Do not pay again. Keep the Nile Live payment page open for a short time while confirmation is checked automatically. You can also use the Check payment again button on that page.
What if I do not see the ticket email?+
First check your spam or junk folder and make sure you entered the correct email address at checkout. If your payment page already shows payment confirmed, do not make another payment.
Can I use the PDF ticket at the entrance?+
Yes. The QR code inside your Nile Live PDF ticket is valid for event entry. Make sure the QR code is clearly visible when the organizer scans it.
Can I use a screenshot of my QR ticket?+
Yes, if the QR code is clear and the ticket has not already been used. Keep screenshots private because each QR code is unique.
Can the same ticket be scanned twice?+
No. Once a ticket has been successfully checked in, the same QR ticket cannot be used for another entrance.
Who scans my ticket?+
The event organizer or an authorized Nile Live administrator scans your QR code at the event entrance.
Can I buy more than one ticket?+
Yes, when enough tickets are available. Nile Live generates a separate unique QR code for every ticket in the order.

Do not make a second payment. Return to the Nile Live payment page and allow it to check the JeezPay confirmation automatically.
